The Gaia Movement Living Earth Green World Action USA, Inc. Mission Statement

To create awareness about the ongoing plight of the environment and to educate everyone in caring for our planet, humanity, and the environment. We operate recycling collections to support environmental projects and programs, both locally and globally.
Gaia USA runs textile reuse and recycling projects in the USA. Proceeds from our reuse and recycling projects are donated to environmental projects worldwide. Some of these include:

Global Projects

Farmers’ Club in Chivi District, Masvingo, Zimbabwe, Africa

A project to teach and support sustainable farming methods. Additionally, this environmental project helps produce food that is shared between families. As a result of this program, these families sell their harvest at markets to build up the economy of Chivi sustainably.

Farmers’ Club in Mutasa District, Manicaland, Zimbabwe, Africa

This project also teaches and supports sustainable farming methods to produce food for families. Therefore, the families of Mutasa benefit from the sustainable teachings and are able to build up the economy of Mutasa.

Ponesai Vanhu Children’s Home in Mashonaland Central Province, Zimbabwe, Africa

A project established in response to the increasing crisis of vulnerable orphans in the country. Children left orphaned from the increase of terminal illnesses and diseases. Notably, the home supports kids from ages 2-17 and helps them learn life skills.

Local Projects
